摘  要:在水溶液中将阳离子表面活性剂聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺(EPI-DMA)接枝于漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆纤维上制得阳离子纸浆纤维(CPF),探讨EPI-DMA的聚合度、用量对CPF接枝率的影响及CPF作为造纸湿部助留助滤剂的应用性能。结果表明,CPF作为湿部添加剂的最佳合成条件为:EPI-DMA聚合度10万、EPI-DMA初始浓度6g/L。制得的CPF能显著提高沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)填料的留着率,用量为2%(对绝干浆)的CPF即可使PCC的留着率从61.1%提高到83.4%,而CPAM在最佳添加量0.05%时仅使其留着率提高到78.2%,CPF应用性能优于直接添加EPI-DMA,同时CPF能够改善浆料的滤水性能。Cationized pulp fibers (CPF) were prepared by grafting epichlorohydrin-dimethylamine cationic polymer (EPI-DMA) on bleached softwood kraft pulp fibers. The influences of the polymerization degree and the dosage of cationic polymer on the formation of CPF were investigated, and the application result of CPF as a papermaking retention and drainage aid was evaluated. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions are as follows : the polymerization degree of EPI-DMA 100000, the initial concentration of EPI-DMA 6 g/L. The resultant cationized pulp fibers can obviously improve the retention of precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) filler in the furnish. Adding 2% of CPF ( based on oven-dry pulp) can improve the retention of PCC from 61.1% to 83.4% , compared with the retention of PCC only 78.2% by adding 0. 05% of CPAM, and also the application of CPF is better than adding EPI-DMA directly. At the same time, CPF can improve the drainage performance of the stock.
