摘  要:以高强度、高模量及耐高温的聚对苯撑苯并二口恶唑(PBO)纤维为原料,通过自制PBO浆粕制备特种纸基材料。为提高纸基材料的强度性能,首先采用浸渍树脂的增强技术,研究了树脂种类、固化条件及热压条件对PBO纸基材料力学性能的影响。并在此基础上采用了先进的低温氧等离子体处理技术改善纸基材料中纤维/树脂之间的界面结合,进一步提高了纸张的强度性能。High performance PBO fibers exhibiting outstanding mechanical and thermal properties were employed to fabricate PBO pulps by physiochemical method. In order to improve the mechanical properties of the paper-based composite materials, the method of reinforcement by resins was chosen to reinforce the base papers produced by the PBO pulps. Many factors, such as the type of resins, condition of resin solidification and heat-pressing condition, which influenced the mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. On the other hand, advanced low temperature plasma surface modification technology was adopted to modify the surface of PBO chopped fibers and the pulp, the results showed that the technology is much more effective to improve the interface adhesion between the PBO fiber/pulp and the reinforcement resin in the paper-based composites and which leads to further increase of the mechanical properties of the composites.
