摘  要:采用乙酸制浆法对多枝桉木片进行蒸煮,提取蒸煮废液中的木素,用得到的乙酸木素(AAL)对传统的聚氨酯材料进行改性,并对改性后聚氨酯材料的热力学性能和机械性能进行了测试。结果显示,无论是热力学性能还是机械性能,改性后的聚氨酯材料较未改性前都有明显的提高,且随着乙酸木素添加量的不断增加,材料的热力学性能不断提高;而材料的机械性能是先提高后降低,当乙酸木素添加量在20%左右时改性聚氨酯材料有更高的抗拉强度。Acetic acid lignin (AAL) was isolated from Eucalyptus vlminalis by acetic acid pulping. And the lignin was employed to modify the conventional polyurethane. The thermodynamic performance tests and mechanical property tests of the modified polyurethane material were carried out. The results showed that, compared to the unmodified sample, both the thermodynamic performance and the mechanical property of the modified polyurethane improved significantly. Furthermore, with the increase of acetic acid lignin, the thermodynamic performance improved constantly, whereas the mechanical property increased firstly and reduced subsequently. And the mechanical property tests showed that the modified polyurethane containing 20% acetic acid lignin possessed better tensile strength.
