摘 要:考察了镁铝水滑石(HT)对阴离子垃圾捕集的影响。结果表明,HT对废纸浆的最佳处理时间为10~15min,而温度的影响不显著。镁铝摩尔比5∶1,层间阴离子为CO32-的HT捕集DCS的效果最好,当其添加量为20%时,白水的浊度可低至18.6NTU,电导率几乎为0。镁铝摩尔比5∶1,层间阴离子为Cl-的HT对CS的吸附效果最好,当其添加量为15%时,白水中已检测不到CS,浊度为0。而镁铝摩尔比5∶1,层间阴离子分别为NO3-和CO32-的HT对DS的吸附效果较好,当其添加量为10%时,白水的电导率几乎为0。HT捕集DCS的效果远优于沸石和蛋白石等常见多孔填料。The possibility of Mg-Al hydrotalcite (HT) as a papermaking functional filler to catch anionic trash was investigated. The experimental results showed that the optimum time for recycled pulp treatment with HT was 10 - 15 min. The HT with CO3^2- anion in the interlayer and Mg-Al ratio of 5:1 was the best for DCS catching. The turbidity of white water was 18.6 NTU and the conductivity was almost zero when the dosage of the HT was 20%. On the other hand, Cl^ - -HT was the best for CS catching. The CS in white water was not detected, and the turbidity was zero when adding 15% of Cl^- -HT. NO^- -HT and CO3^2- -HT had better absorption effect on DS, the conductivity of white water reached almost zero when adding 10% of them. Hereby, HT could effectively catch anionic trash through selecting and optimizing the treatment conditions, the Mg-Al ratio and interlayer anion of HT when it was used as a papermaking functional filler.
