摘  要:介绍了打浆助剂(如碱、表面活性剂、CMC、改性木素等)及纤维预处理(如空间基化改性、阳离子化改性和生物酶改性)对纸浆打浆能耗及成纸性能的影响,并展望了打浆助剂和纤维预处理在纸浆打浆过程中的应用前景和今后的研究重点。采用打浆助剂和纤维预处理有助于降低纸浆打浆过程的能耗和促进纤维的细纤维化,从而改善纸浆的成纸性能。The effects of beating additives, including alkali and surfactant, CMC, modified lignin, and pretreatment technologies, including spacered modification, cationic modification, enzymatic modification, on beating energy consumption and paper characteristics were introduced. The application prospects and future research hotspots of beating additives and pretreatment technologies were discussed. With application of beating additives and pretreatment technologies, beating energy consumption is decreased, fibrillation is promoted and paper properties are improved.
