摘  要:以浸渍法制备CeO2和CaO改性焦粉作为烧结燃料降低NOx排放。分别采用焦炭燃烧模拟实验和烧结杯实验对CeO2和CaO降低NOx排放进行研究。结果表明,在2.0%CeO2和2.0%CaO改性焦炭燃烧中,NOx减少排放率分别为14.8%和7.7%。在烧结杯实验中,以2.0%CeO2和2.0%CaO改性焦粉作为烧结燃料,NOx减少排放率分别为18.8%和13.5%。The amount of NOx emission was decreased by using the CeO2 and CaO modified coke breeze as fuel during iron ore sintering. The reduction of NOx emission by using CeO2 and CaO was investigated both in coke combustion and in sintering pot tests. The results show that the NOx reduction ratios in coke combustion are 14.8% and 7.7% respectively when the loading amounts of CeO2 and CaO are all 2.0%. In sintering pot tests, when the coke breeze loaded with 2.0% CeO2 or 2.0% CaO was used as fuel, the NOx reduction ratios are 18. 8% and 13.5 % respectively. So the NOx emission in the sintering process can be effectively reduced by using modified coke.
