摘　　要：根据情报机构创办经营性实体的实际，本文着重剖析了一些典型情报经营实体。Based on the objective reality of information organizations to establish managerial entities in China,the typical information entities are analysed emphatically.The development trends and main countermeasures of information manegerial entities are approached primarily.
