摘  要:目的观察2型糖尿病(DM)患者的空腹血糖(FPG)水平变化与真胰岛素(TI)的相关性,有助于评估2型糖尿病患者的TI是否受血糖的影响及TI的真实水平。方法正常对照组100例。2型糖尿病组:本院住院患者200例,男123例,女77例,平均年龄57岁。将空腹血糖(FPG)浓度在6.0-10mmol/L之间的136例编为A组,FPG>10mmol/L的64例编为B组。正常对照组和2糖尿病组患者均于早晨8时空腹采静脉血3ml送检,分离血清,FPG采用全自动生化分析仪检测,TI采用化学发光免疫分析法(CLIA)定量检测。结果正常对照组TI浓度为(33.00±19.06)pmol/L;2型糖尿病患者TI浓度为(34.57±20.52)pmol/L;A组TI浓度为(36.00±24.58)pmol/L;B组TI浓度为(39.52±23.47)pmol/L;各组间进行统计学处理,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对2型糖尿病组进行FPG和TI的相关性统计,其相关系数(r)=0.0055,回归方程:Y=35.999+0.037X。因此,FPG浓度与TI浓度呈正相关。结论2型糖尿病患者TI浓度随FPG浓度的上升而增高,两者之间呈正相关。说明2型DM患者空腹TI受血糖的影响,维持血糖稳定对2型DM患者有实际意义。Objective Observation of type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) patients with fasting plasma glucose (FPG) level of change and true insulin (TI) the relevance, in the assessment of people with type 2 diabetes of TI by the effects of glucose and the true level of TI. Method Normal control group of 100 people. Type 2 diabetes group: 200 cases of hospital in-patients, 123 cases of male, female 77 cases, the average age of 57. The fasting plasma glucose (FPG) concentration of 6. 0-10 mmol/ L among the 136 people classified as A group, FPG 〉 10 mmol / L of 64 people as B group. Normal control group and 2 diabetic patients were fasting 8:00 mining inspection 3 ml venous blood, separation of serum, FPG using automatic biochemical analyzer, 271 using chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) quantitative detection. Result Normal control group TI concentration (33.00± 19.06) pmol / L; 2 diabetes TI concentration (34. 57 ± 20. 52) pmol / L; A group TI concentration (36. 00 ± 24. 58) pmol / L; B group TI concentration (39. 52 ± 23.47) pmol / L; all treatment groups were statistically, no significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Of type 2 diabetes group FPG and TI correlation statistics, the correlation coefficient (r) = 0. 0055, regression equation : Y = 35.999 ± 0. 037 X. Therefore, FPG concentration and TI concentrations were positively correlated. Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes TI concentration with an increase in FPG concentration increased, a positive correlation between the two. Description of type 2 DM patients with fasting blood glucose by the impact of TI, to maintain the stability of blood glucose in patients with type 2 DM have practical significance.
