氟伐他汀及阿司匹林对急性冠脉综合征患者C反应蛋白及血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的观察氟伐他汀及阿司匹林对急性冠状动脉综合征患者高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及血脂的影响。方法选取2006年7月至2008年10月在我科住院的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称:冠心病)患者共计90例,随机分为3组,A组为氟伐他汀组,给予氟伐他汀40mg/d;B组为阿司匹林组,给予阿司匹林300mg/d;C组为联合用药组,给予氟伐他汀及阿司匹林联用;选取30例健康对照组为D组。药物治疗连续8周。治疗前后检测血中hs-CRP及三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果ABC三组患者治疗后hs-CRP与治疗前相比下降(P<0.05),与AB组比较C组hs-CRP下降更为明显(P<0.05),但仍高于对照组(P<0.05);AC两组患者治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C下降(P<0.05);ABC三组hs-CRP水平的降低与TG、TG、LDL-C水平的降低无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论氟伐他汀可有效降低冠心病患者的TG、TC、LDL-C;氟伐他汀及阿司匹林均能降低冠心病患者的hs-CRP水平,两种药物联用降低更为明显。Objective To investigate the effects of fluvastatin and aspirin on serum levels of high-sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） and lipid in acute coronary syndrome. Methods 90 patients with ACS were randomly separated into there guoups. 30 patients in group A wets given fluvastatin 40 mg once daily. 30 patients in guoup B were given aspirin 300 mg once daily and 30 patients in group C were given both. 30 health volunteers in group D served controls. The time of observation is 8 weeks. The serum levels of hs-CRP and lipid including TG, TC and LDL-C before and after therapy were measured. Results The serum level of hs-CRP was lowered after therapy in both group A, B and C （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared to the group A and B, the serum level of hs-CRP in group C was more lowered（P 〈 0.05）. The serum levels of lipid were lowered in group A and C. NO relation was observed between hs-CRP and TC,TG and LDL-C by pearson correlation analysis（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Fluvastatin intervention may efficiently decease the serum level of lipid. Both fluvastatin and aspirin intervention may decease the level of hs-CRP in ASC. The level was more lowered when combining fluvastatin and aspirin intervention.
