中西医结合治疗精液迟缓液化症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评估中西医结合治疗精液液化异常的效果。方法将230例精液液化异常症患者随机分成两组,中西医结合治疗组(简称治疗组)和西医治疗组(简称对照组)各115例。对照组给予克拉霉素分散片、盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊和葡萄糖酸锌口服,治疗组在对照组基础上加用自拟促液化汤,1剂/d,分2次早晚服用。观察两组治疗前后精液、前列腺液主要参数的变化以及精浆前列腺特异性抗原、酸性磷酸酶、柠檬酸和锌的含量。结果治疗组有效率为94.8%,对照组有效率为71.3%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组精子密度、活率;前列腺液中的卵磷脂小体、白细胞数目以及精浆有关生化指标的改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用中西医结合疗法治疗精液不液化,较单纯用西药治疗效果良好,其在提高精液质量、改善前列腺功能方面显著优于对照组。Objective To appraisal the effect in treating Semen abnormal liquefaction through TCM WM therapy. Methods To separate 230 patients of Semen abnormal liquefaction in two groups at ran, one group was called combination therapy group（ therapy group）, the other was called cocktail treatment group（ control group）, each group was 115 patients. To give Clarithromyein Dispersible Tablet, Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules （harnal） and Calcium and Zinc Gluconates for oral use to the therapy group. To give promote deliquesce broth by myself to control group based on the therapy group q. d. To observe the content of ejaculum, ejaculum, prostate specific antigen, AC-PH, CA, Zi before therapy and after therapy. Results The effective power of the therapy group was 94. 8% and the control group was 71.3% （P 〈0. 01 ）. After treating, the improvement of sperm density, motility rate, lecithin corpuscle in prostatic fluid, amount of leucocyte, biochemical indicator of seminal plasma were better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Treating semen delayed Liquefaction through TCM WM therapy was better than using only Western medicine and the improving quality of ejaeulum, glandula prostate function were significant better than the control group.
