腹部闭合损伤合并小肠及系膜破裂23例诊治体会

摘　　要：目的总结腹部闭合性损伤导致小肠及其系膜破裂的临床诊断和治疗方法。方法对23例腹部闭合性损伤导致小肠及其系膜破裂的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果小肠及其系膜1处破裂10例,破裂两处及以上13例。本组均行手术治疗,全部治愈,后并发切口感染4例,早期粘连性肠梗阻2例。结论早期诊断,及时手术,重视术后整体治疗和护理是提高治愈率,减少并发症,缩短住院时间,降低死亡率的关键。Objective The summary abdomen closed damage causes the clinical diagnosis which and the method of treatment the small intestine and the department membrane burst. Conclusion The early diagnosis, the prompt surgery, after taking the technique, the whole treatment and nursing raise the cure rate, reduces the complication, reduces in hospital time, cuts the mortality rate the key.
