摘 要:汶川地震的发生是对我国自1978年第一部建筑抗震设计规范颁布以来,也是对按各阶段建筑抗震规范设计的建筑物抗震能力的检验。通过震害调查分析目前我国建筑抗震设计规范存在的问题,提出应适当提高低烈度抗震设防建筑"大震不倒"的设防水准,并考虑整体现浇楼板对结构"强柱弱梁"的影响,以及在建筑抗震设计规范中宜增加建筑结构倒塌分析及抗倒塌措施的建议。Abstract: The earthquake resistance capabilities of buildings constructed in different times were tested during the Wenchuan Earthquake, since the first seismic design code came into force in 1978 in China. Major problems in seismic design code were discussed through investigations of the earthquake disaster. The fortification standard of "no collapse under strong earthquake" should be improved in areas of lower design intensity. The influence of cast-in-place concrete floor should be calculated in implementing "strong column and weak beam" of structures. Collapse analysis and resistance measures should be added in the seismic design code of China.
