摘  要:粉煤灰对混凝土收缩性能影响的研究目前已经很多,但环境温湿度对收缩性能影响的研究相对较少。为此,针对实际工程所处的高温高湿高压环境,选取大体积混凝土原材料,查明这些原材料的物理力学性质。然后设计对比性收缩试验,采用粉煤灰混凝土与基准混凝土两种配方,设置两种不同的温湿度环境。在试验过程中按规定的时间间隔测量试件变形,将不同配方不同养护条件下的混凝土收缩应变绘成曲线,从其变化趋势得出粉煤灰混凝土与基准混凝土在不同温湿度环境下的收缩性能差异规律,并从理论上进行解释。利用环境温湿度对收缩性能的影响规律,指导实际水闸墙工程施工,获得质量优良的水闸墙。粉煤灰混凝土在不同温湿度环境下表现出不同收缩性能的结论,为进一步研究材料性能提供了基础性素材。Many studies have been made on the effect of fly ash on the shrinkage of concrete, but fewer studies exist on the effect of environment temperature and humidity. According to actual environment of high temperature, humidity and pressure, raw materials of mass concrete were selected, and their physical and mechanical properties were identified. Comparative shrinkage test was designed with fly ash concrete and reference concrete and two different temperature and humidity environments. In the testing process, deformation of the specimens was measured at prescribed regular intervals. Concrete shrinkage strain of different mixture ratios under different curing conditions and the patterns of shrinkage difference between fly ash concrete and reference concrete under different temperature and humidity environments were obtained and theoretically explained. The results were employed to achieve excellent quality of sluice wall concrete. Fly ash concrete shows different shrinkage properties under different temperature and humidity environments, and the present study may serve as a basis for further study of material properties.
