糖脂平对胰岛素抵抗大鼠影响的研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究糖脂平对胰岛素抵抗大鼠的影响。[方法]SD大鼠40只,随机取10只为对照组,30只为高脂组（分为糖脂平组、罗格列酮组、模型组）。对照组给予普通饮食,高脂组给予高脂饲料喂养,8周后进行高胰岛素-正糖钳夹实验,通过葡萄糖灌流速度M值来评价糖脂平对IR的影响,并测量收缩压、血脂、空腹血糖、体重。[结果]糖脂平组的葡萄糖灌流速度较模型组显著降低（P〈0.05）,并与罗格列酮组、对照组相比无显著差异（P〉0.05）。[结论]糖脂平胶囊可降低胰岛素抵抗。[ Objective] To investigate the influence of Tangzhiping on insulin resistance in high fat diet rat. [ Methods ] 40 male Sprague - dawley rats were divided into four groups randomLy ： control group, model group, Tangzhiping group and rosiglitazone group. The rats in control group were fed with normal diet, the other there groups were high fat diet, for 8 weeks to induce [R rats model, then eugly - cemic hyperinsulinemic glucose clamp techniquewas performed to evaluate Tangshiping＇s effect on IR by M, and SP, blood fat, FBS ,weight were observed. [ Results ] Tangzhiping＇s Mwas decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05 ） , and no significant difference compared with control group and rosiglitazone group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Tangshiping can improve insuIin resistance in high fat diet rat.
