益气强心饮治疗扩张型心肌病临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药制剂益气强心饮对扩张型心肌病的临床疗效。[方法]将48例患者随机分为两组,治疗组在内科常规治疗的基础上给予中药联合治疗;对照组给予内科常规治疗。[结果]治疗组疗效较对照组有明显改善（P〈0.05）。[结论]中医药治疗扩张型心肌病有复发率低、不良反应发生率低,远期疗效好的特点。[ Objective] To observe the effect of cardiotonic agents Yiqi drink dilated cardiomyopathy on clinical efficacy. [ Methods ] 48 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group of internal medicine at the basis of conventional therapy on the treatment given to traditional Chinese medicine ; the control group given conventional medical treatment. [ Results ] The efficacy of the treatment group after treatment than the control group, there is a marked improvement （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Chinese medicine treatment of dilated eardiomyopathy has a low recurrence rate, low incidence of adverse reactions, long - term effect of the characteristics of good.
