通络熏洗方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变基本病机为消渴日久,耗伤气阴,气阴两虚,气虚推动乏力。治疗关键在于改善下肢局部血液循环,通络洗剂方活血化瘀、温通经络。治疗30例,显效23例,有效6例,无效1例,明显优于对照组。The diabetes peripheral nerve pathological change basic pathogenesis for any disease with thirst and excessive urination in the course of time, will consume feels bad cloudy, was mad that cloudy two empty, the lacking in vital energy impetus asthenia cures, the treatment key lies in improves the lower limb partial blood circulation,passes winds lotion side blood circulation removing extravasted blood, to pass the channels and collaterals warm. Treats 30 examples, shows results 23 examples, the effective 6 examples, the invalid 1 example, surpasses the control group obviously.
