从脾论治代谢综合征探析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨治疗代谢综合征的理想治法,观察益气健脾,化痰泄浊治疗代谢综合征（MS）的临床疗效。[方法]对照组对症单纯西药控制,治疗组加服中药,采用益气健脾,化痰泄浊治疗3个月,观察血糖、血脂、血压、体重指数变化。[结果]治疗后治疗组临床总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率73.3%,两组相比差异有显著性,P〈0.05。[结论]益气健脾,化痰泄浊法是治疗MS的理想方法。[ Objective] To investigate the treatment of metabolic syndrome, the ideal treatment, observation Yiqi Jianpi, Huatan Xiezhuo treatment of metabolic syndrome （MS） clinical efficacy. [ Methods ] Western medicine simply symptomatic control group control, the treatment group served plus Chinese medicine, the use of Yiqi Jianpi, Huatan Xiezhuo treatment 3 months to observe the blood glucose, blood lipids, blood pressure, body mass index change. [ Results]The treatment group after treatment clinical total effective rate of 90.0% in the control group the total effective rate 73.3% ,compared the two groups there was a significant difference,P 〈 0. 05. [ Conclusion] Yiqi Jianpi, Huatan Xiezhuo is an ideal method for the treatment of MS.
