针灸配合养阴清肺汤治疗慢性咽炎39例

摘　　要：[目的]观察针灸合养阴清肺汤佐治慢性咽炎的临床疗效。[方法]将门诊120例慢性咽炎患者随机分为三组,中医药组41例,针灸配合养阴清肺汤治疗,连服2周。西医药组40例,口服西地碘片,1.5mg次/,3次/日;庆大霉素8万U,地塞米松10mg,α-糜蛋白酶4000U超声雾化吸入,治疗2周。中西结合组39例在西医治疗的基础上加针灸及中药养阴清肺汤。[结果]中西结合组总有效率为94.9%,中医药有效率为73.2%,西医药组67.5%,三组都无明显毒副作用。中西结合组与另两组比较有显著差异（P〈0.01）。[结论]针灸配合养阴清肺汤佐治慢性咽炎,疗效确切。[ Objective] To observe acupuncture combined Yangyin Qingfei Soup chronic pharyngitis clinical efficacy. [Methods]120 cases of out -patient chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into three groups, group of 41 cases of Chinese medicine ,acupuncture treatment with Yangyin Qingfei soup,and even served two weeks. Western medicine group of 40 patients,oral Sidenafil iodine, 1.5mg/ time ,3 times/ day ; gentamycin 80,000 U, and dexamethasone 10mg,α - chymotrypsin 4000U ultrasonic atomizing inhalation, treatment two weeks. Chinese and Western combined group at 39 cases on the basis of Western medicine treatment of acu- puncture and Chinese medicine add Yangyin Qingfei soup. [ Results] Group of Chinese and Western combined total effective rate was 94.9 percent, Chinese medicine has 73.2 percent efficiency. Western medicine group 67.5% ,three groups have no significant side effects. Chinese and Western combined group compared with the other two groups were significantly different （P 〈0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] Acupuncture treatment of chronic Yangyin Qingfei soup pharyngitis, the exact effect.
