灸法治疗慢性低血压60例

摘　　要：[目的]观察用艾灸仪治疗原发性低血压的临床疗效。[方法]将60例原发性低血压患者随机用艾灸仪灸神阙、气海、关元、双侧足三里,治疗10天;采用治疗前后自身对照方法进行疗效观察。[结果]升压疗效总有效率（81.7%）,症状疗效总有效率（91.7%）,治疗前后结果差异均有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。[结论]用艾灸仪治疗慢性低血压有效,尤其对改善头痛、眩晕等症状效果良好。[ Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of moxibustion on chronic hypotension. [ Methods] 60 cases of chronic hypotension were treated with equipment moxibustion at Shenque （ CV8 ）, Qihai （ CV6）, Guanyuan（CV4） ,Zhusanli（ ST36）, compare with the therapeutic effect before and after the treatment. They were treated for 10 days. [ Results] The total effective rate for increasing blood pressure was 81.7% ,the total effective rate for symptoms were 91.7% , with significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [Conclusion] Equipment moxibustion is effective for chronic hypotension, especially for the improvement of headache and vertigo.
