河南省农村社会和谐稳定问题探析

摘　　要：转型期农村社会稳定的调整过程实际上就是农村社会结构不断优化的过程,也是不断分化和重新整合并逐步适应现代化发展的过程。我们必须围绕"和谐稳定"这一大局,解决困扰农村社会和谐稳定的热点、难点问题,实现标本兼治。The adjustment of economy and society in Henan Province has brought about more and more social conflicts in rural areas. The process of adjusting the social steadiness during the transforming period is in fact the process of continuously optimizing rural social structure. This article puts forward maintaining harmonious and steady countermeasures in a new period in the base of analyzing issues and causations.
