摘　　要：生活方式是一定时期人们生活观念、思想作风、行为习惯等方面的综合反映。生活方式是新时期思想政治教育的重要内容和途径。文明、健康、科学的生活方式是大学生成长成才的重要保障。对大学生生活方式进行教育引导应从社会、学校、家庭和个人等几方面全面展开。Life style is the synthesis reflections of people＇ s life idea, thought attitude and behavior custom during certain period. The life style is the important content and method of ideologieal and politieal education. The civilized, healthy and scientific life style is the important safeguard for the growth and maturity of the college students. The society, university, family and the individual should all do what they should to promote the edueationon and guide to the college students for cultivating healthy life style.
