摘  要:以双氧水为膨胀剂,采用加热方法对白云母进行了化学膨胀。确定了最佳膨胀工艺参数为:反应温度80℃、双氧水浓度30%、保温时间60min,在此反应条件下,白云母d(001)面的层间距由0.912nm增大到0.999nm,膨胀效果显著。采用XRD、FTIR和TG/DSC分析技术,研究了以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为插层剂对钠化改型原样白云母和钠化改型膨胀白云母的有机插层性能。结果表明:在反应温度80℃、300%CEC的CTAB、保温时间60min条件下,原样白云母d(001)层间距由0.912nm增大到1.006nm,膨胀白云母d(001)层间距由0.999nm增加到1.198nm,红外光谱和热分析证明有机插层剂很好地插入了白云母的层间。Muscovite was expanded by heat under took hydrogen peroxide solution as the swelling agent. The optimum parameters of the synthesis process are: reaction temperature, 80℃, hydrogen peroxide solution concentration, 30%, holding time, 60 min. Under this process, the d(001) layer spacing of expanded muscovite are from 0.912nm to 0.999nm. The organic intercalation properties for original Na-muscovite and expanded Namuscovite were investigated by XRD, FTIR and TG/DSC under taking CTAB as intercalation agent. The results show that the d(001) layer spacing of the original Na-muscovite enlarges from 0.912nm to 1.006nm, and the d(001)layer spacing of the expanded muscovite increases from 0.999nm to 1.198nm under conditions of 80℃, 300% CEC content of CTAB and 0.5h reaction time. FTIR and TG/DSC analysis demonstrates that the organic intercalation agents are into the layer of expanded Na-muscovite.
