摘 要:采用熔融共混工艺制备聚丙烯/硅灰石/聚烯烃弹性体(PP/硅灰石/POE)复合材料,研究硅灰石填充量、POE用量、硅灰石长径比对复合材料力学性能、加工性能的影响。结果表明:硅灰石填充量增加,复合材料的弯曲强度和熔体流动速率增加,冲击强度和洛氏硬度降低;随着POE用量的增加,复合材料的冲击强度增加,拉伸和弯曲强度降低;长径比高的复合材料的缺口冲击强度和熔体流动速率大。The PP/wollastonite/POE composite was prepared by melt-mixing process. The influences of POE and wollastonite content and the aspect ratio of wollastonite on mechanical and rheological properties of the composite were studied. The results show that the bend strength and melt flow rate of the composite increase as the wollastonite content increases, at the same time, the impact strength and Rockwell hardness decrease as the wollastonite content increases; the impact strength of the sample increases obviously as the POE content increases, meanwhile, the tensile strength and bend strength decrease as POE content increases. The impact strength and melt flow rate is higher with the composite when the wollastonite has a high aspect ratio.
