摘 要:本文研究了川西两种磷石膏(白、黑各一种)的保温、调湿功能属性,其导热系数分别为0.1213 W/m.K、0.2211 W/m.K;密闭条件下饱和吸水时间随温度升高而变短,且成线性关系。磷石膏的吸水率随温度的上升而增大,此过程是一个吸热和熵增的过程。常温敞开条件下,磷石膏在白天温度高湿度低时放水,晚上温度低湿度高时吸水,具有一定的调湿功能。应用差示扫描量热分析法(DSC)对磷石膏进行了试验分析,结果表明其吸热量随温度升高而减少。The functional attributes of thermal insulation and humidity conditioning of two kinds of phosphogypsum (white and black) from the west Sichuan were studied in this paper. The thermal conductivity are 0.1213 W/m.K and 0.2211 W/m.K respectively; the saturated adsorption time to water gets shorter with rising of temperature in closed conditions with a linear relation. The water absorption of phosphogypsum increases with rising of temperature, and this process goes with heat absorption and entropy production. Under the normal temperature and opened conditions, the phosphogypsum releases moisture when high temperature and low humidity during the day and adsorbs moisture when low temperature and high humidity in the evening, because of it has certain the humidity conditioning function. Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) was applied to, research the heatabsorbing action of phosphogypsum, and the result showed that the heat absorption is reduced with rising of temperature.
