摘 要:试验选取1584羽50周龄伊莎褐商品蛋鸡,随机分成4组,分别饲喂基础日粮及其基础上添加10mg/kg铅、3%沸石、10mg/kg铅+3%沸石的试验日粮,研究日粮中铅污染对鸡蛋铅残留的影响及沸石对铅污染鸡蛋中铅残留的减量控制作用。结果表明,低剂量铅污染试验组各阶段鸡蛋中的铅含量都有所提高,其中第8周提高55.9%(P<0.05);单独添加沸石对鸡蛋中的铅残留无显著影响;铅污染且添加沸石的试验组各阶段鸡蛋中的铅含量都有所降低,其中第2周降低37.9%(P<0.05)。说明铅污染在一定程度上会增加鸡蛋中铅的沉积,沸石对铅污染鸡蛋的铅残留具有一定的减量控制作用。1584 50-week Isa Brown laying hens were randomly allocated into 4 treatments to examine the effects of low dose lead exposure and zeolite on the reducing lead residual in eggs. The diets for hens were as follows: basal diet (BD), three kinds of basal diets respectively added 10mg/kg lead, 3% zeolite, and 10mg/kg lead plus 3% zeolite. The results showed that compared with BD, the lead residual in eggs of treatment fed BD plus 10mg/kg lead was increased in all stages and by 55.9% (P〈0.05) at 8th week. The lead residual in eggs of treatment fed BD plus 3% zeolite had no significant effect. Compared with treatment fed BD plus 10mg/kg, the lead content of eggs of treatment fed BD added 10mg/kg lead plus 3% zeolite in every stage was reduced, and it was decreased by 37.9% significantly(P〈0.05) at 2nd week. It was concluded that lead exposure would increased the lead retention in eggs and zeolite could reduce lead residual in eggs of laying hens during lead exposure.
