摘 要:以废弃狗毛为主原料,研究其溶解及与其他改性剂复配对染料废水脱色率的影响,确定了狗毛蛋白脱色剂的最佳制备工艺条件:用5 mL/L HAc在80℃将狗毛酸洗20 min,去除非蛋白类杂质.清洗后的狗毛先分别用质量浓度为10 g/L的NaOH及尿素溶液在95℃溶解0.5 h,得到狗毛蛋白溶液,然后用30%交联剂DE和10 g/L壳聚糖与狗毛蛋白溶液在室温及中性pH下复配改性20min,期间多次搅拌,最后得到改性的狗毛蛋白脱色剂,并优化出其脱色工艺.结果表明,用交联剂DE、壳聚糖与狗毛蛋白复配改性后,所制备的脱色剂对染料废液的脱色效果优异,对酸性湖蓝A、活性红K2BP、阳离子蓝X-GRRL和分散蓝2BLN染料的脱色率分别达到了97.4%、97.3%、100.0%及97.0%,对阳离子染料废液的脱色效果最好.The effect of dissolving and compounding with other modified agents on discoloration rate of dyeing wastewater was discussed using waste dog hair as materials. The optimum conditions of preparation of dog hair protein discoloring agent were determined: the dog hair was washed using 5 mL/L of HAc at 80℃ for 20 min to remove the non-protein impurity. The washed dog hair was dissolved by 10 g/L of NaOH and urea at 95℃ for 0.5 h to obtain dog hair protein solution, and then it was compounded with 30% of crosslinking agent DE and 10 g/L of chitosan under natural pH value at room temperature for 20 min with multi-agitation. Thus the modified dog hair protein discoloring agent was obtained, and the optimal discoloration technology was determined. The results showed that the decolorized effect of the discoloring agent prepared by compounding dog hair protein with crosslinking agent DE and chitosan was excellent, and the decolorizing rates to Acid Lake Blue A, Reactive Red K2BP, Cationic Blue X-GRRL and Disperse Blue 2BLN dyes was up to 97.4%, 97,3%, 100.0% and 97.0%, respectively, which especially has the best decolorization effect to cationic waste dye.
