摘 要:静止同步串联补偿器(SSSC)是新型的FACTS串联补偿设备,其运行状态、控制参数和控制策略依系统的不同运行工况而发生变化,从而不可避免地对继电保护产生影响。在研究其基本原理的基础上,详细分析了各种短路故障下SSSC对基于工频量和基于突变量元件距离保护的影响。对基于工频量的阻抗元件,根据MOV的最大耐压值推导出了判断电压反向的条件,对基于突变量的阻抗元件利用工作电压变化量推导出了动作方程。以此为依据分析了保护的动作行为并用PSCAD作了仿真验证。结果表明,SSSC的加入对距离保护的影响很大,且MOV的动作与否是保护能否正确动作的关键。Static Synchronous Series Compensator (SSSC) is a new series compensation equipment of FACTS. According to different operating conditions, its operation mode, control parameters and control strategy vary, and so the relay protection will be influenced inevitably. This paper analyzes the influence of SSSC on distance protection based on power frequency and fault component of EHV line based on the study of its principle. The condition of reverse voltage is deduced for the power frequency relay according to the MOV (Metal Oxide Varistor) maximum withstanding voltage. And the action equation is deduced for the fault component relay according to the variation of working voltage. Then the relay action behavior is simulated and tested in PSCAD. The result shows that series of problems are brought to the distance protection, and whether MOV operating is the key of relay correct operation.
