摘  要:广域测量系统(WAMS)的高级应用功能高度依赖于相量测量装置(PMU)的动态数据质量。迄今为止,各厂家的PMU产品只是在实验室内进行过离线检验,而在实际运行环境中的精度并没有严格地经过检验。因为许多现场环境中的实际信号难以在实验室中复现,因此有必要在WAMS主站开发相量测量算法,对PMU自身记录的采样数据(暂态录波数据)进行分析计算,计算结果应与同时段该PMU上传的动态数据进行比较,从而判断PMU动态数据质量的好坏。最后以华北电网广域测量系统的实测数据为例,论证了PMU动态性能在线监测的必要性与可行性。Advanced applications of WAMS are highly depended on the preciseness of phasor measurement unit. So far, almost all PMUs are only offline tested in laboratory before being put into service, whereas in practical operation environment, actual electrical signals cannot be repeated in test environment. It's necessary to develop online performance assessment program in control center to analyze PMU sample data, and compare the phasor calculation results based on sample data with the dynamic data of the same period of time reported to control center by PMU. The qualification of PMU dynamic data can be determined by the comparison results. Based on the actual PMU dynamic and sample data, this paper illustrates that online assessment of PMU performance is necessary and feasible.
