摘 要:在5.12汶川大地震后,四川部分电网和电厂受到损害,其中四川金马站备用电源受损。由于此站负荷极其重要,在这种特殊情况下,为保证金马站的可靠供电,考虑了为该站配置一个备用电源的方案。由于新津、金马和临邛三站为T型接线,常规的备自投不能解决当前问题,结合新津、金马站的具体情况,提出了用RCS—9651备自投装置来实现一种T型接线的远方备自投方案,并用RCS—9651方式6在金马站实现了备投时甩负荷的功能。对在新津、金马站使用RCS—9651远方备自投装置存在的缺陷进行了分析,并得出整套远方备自投方案在临邛站故障或其他原因使临金线失电的情况下能够备投成功的结论。Partial Sichuan power grids and power plants damaged in Wenchuan earthquake, including Jinma power grids, whose standby power stations was destroyed. Considering burden's importance and power's reliability of the station,this paper gives advice of supplying standby electrical source. As Xinjin, Jinma and Linqi three points were the T-connection configuration, normal auto-switch-in device of stand-by power supply can't resolve current problems. So, this paper introduces a new plan, which uses RCS-9651 remote auto-switch-in device of stand-by power supply to actualize standby power supply and load rejection function.At last, the deficiencies of using RCS-9651 in Xinjin and Jinma are analyzed, and conclusion that Linqi or Linjin's fault has no influence on remote auto-switch-in device of stand-by power supply's normal working is reached.
