摘  要:由热平衡原理可将管程冷凝的冷凝器分为纯冷却段和纯冷凝段。冷却段和冷凝段传热系数不同,对数平均温差也不同,用各段热负荷所占比例对各段对数平均温差加权求和,可从整体上反映以冷凝过程为主的冷凝器的换热温差。加权平均温差可用于冷凝器的设计和分析,对不同定义的加权平均温差进行了比较分析。Based on the principle of heat equilibrium, the condenser produced in tube path could be divided into pure cooling section and pure condensing section. The heat transfer coefficients of two sections were different, and logarithmic mean temperature differences (LMTD) were different accordingly. Weighted mean temperature differences (WMTD) could be obtained from summing up the LMTD of two sections with their weights which were the proportional values of heat loads in the section each. WMTD describes totally the temperature difference of heat transfer of the condenser with condensing procedure in main. WMTD could be used in the design and analysis of condensers. Several WMTD with different definition were compared and analyzed.
