摘 要:研究了以聚偏氟乙烯膜(PVDF)为支撑体,煤油为膜溶剂,有机膦酸为流动载体的分散支撑液膜(DSLM)中金属Ni(Ⅱ)的传输行为;考察了载体种类、料液相pH、Ni(Ⅱ)起始浓度、分散相中H2SO4浓度以及膜溶液与H2SO4溶液体积比对Ni(Ⅱ)传输的影响,并对该体系富集、传输Ni(Ⅱ)的最佳条件进行了讨论;从界面化学和扩散传质角度提出了Ni(Ⅱ)在DSLM中传质动力学方程,采用直线斜率法对扩散层厚度以及金属离子在膜内的扩散系数进行了计算。Transport and separation of Ni ( Ⅱ ) through a dispersion sopported liquid membrane ( DSLM ) consisting of organic phosphonic acid in kerosene, supported on the polyvinylidene fluoride membrane( PVDF), have been study in this paper. The effects of varieties of carrier, pH and initial concentrations of Ni ( Ⅱ ) in the feed solution, volume ratio of membrane solution and sulfate acid and concentrations of sulfate acid in the strip phase on transport of Ni( Ⅱ). The transport kinetic equation is derived in terms of the law of mass diffusion and the interface chemistry. The thickness of aqueous diffusion layer(dr) and diffusion coefficient( DO ) of Ni(Ⅱ )through DSLM were evaluated by the linear slope method. The results were obtained with satisfactorily.
