产业哲学视野下的华尔街金融危机

摘　　要：在华尔街金融危机的背后有一条清晰的金融产业链,泡沫沿此膨胀,危机沿此蔓延。全球化放大了泡沫,加深了危机。在金融产业链中,流动性、信息不对称、监管缺失,以及利益与风险得到传递和倍增。在一定意义上,可以认为次贷之后的金融产业链是一连串金融创新的结果,然而与技术创新一样,金融创新也有待社会化,监管是社会化的组成部分。有必要根据人性的弱点来重新设计金融产业链的制度。创新开辟新的自由,然而在进入新的"自由王国"之际,会遇到未曾预期的新的"必然王国"。It is more and more clear that the financial crisis coming from the Wall Street hides in the shadow of a financial industrial chain along which economic bubbles are blowing and expanding to deepen the crisis with globalization. In this financial industrial chain, the liquidity, information asymmetry, absence of supervision, benefits and risks are all transmitting and multiplying. The financial industrial chain is in fact the result of a series of financial innovations after the crisis due to American subprime mortgage in a sense. However, like the innovations in technology, the financial innovations should be socialized, to which the supervision is an integral part. It is necessary to redesign the financial industrial chain system with the weaknesses of human nature taken into account. Innovations provide indeed new freedom, however, while entering the new ＂Freedom Realm＂, the new ＂Necessity Realm＂ will be the inevitable challenge facing us.
