摘  要:辽宁省作为东北老工业基地之一,失业率位居全国前列,劳动力供求矛盾十分突出。利用多种预测方法对辽宁省劳动力供给和需求进行了预测,经过研究发现,未来几年辽宁省劳动力供大于求的现象仍然存在。在预测的基础上,分析了辽宁省经济发展中劳动力供求不均衡问题,并提出了大力发展第三产业、扶持中小企业的发展、完善职业培训制度和体系等建议。The unemployment rate in Liaoning Province, the integral part of the old industrial base in Northeast China, is in the front rank of the nation, with very serious contradiction between supply and demand of the labor force. Prediction has therefore been done in different ways for the supply and demand of labor force in the province. It was found that the phenomenon that the supply exceeds demand will last long for years in future. The predicted results were analyzed for the supply-demand unbalancedness of labor force in economic development, and some constructive suggestions were given, such as stepping up the effort to develop the tertiary industry, fostering the growth of small/medium enterprises.
