摘 要:通过添加氮化合金氮化铬和氮化锰冶炼高氮钢,对氮化铬和氮化锰中的夹杂进行对比实验。从增氮效果上来看,氮化锰增氮效果明显不如氮化铬,说明氮化锰的夹杂含量要多于氮化铬,通过对所冶炼钢锭相同部位取金相试样做夹杂物分析,采用氮化锰增氮钢锭最终的夹杂物含量也要多于采用氮化铬增氮的夹杂物含量。实验结果表明,氮化铬比氮化锰更纯净。In order to research the inclusion of nitride chromium and nitride manganese,the comparison experiment are made by adding nitride ferroalloys into the liquid steel. The final results of the experiments indicate that nitrogenized effect of nitride chromium ferroalloys is obviously higher than nitride manganese ferroalloys, which show that the inclusion of the later is more than that of the former. Through analyzing on the inclusions in the same position in steel ingot , it is show that added nitride manganese ferroalloys to obtain the inclusion content will excess nitride chromium ferroalloys . The results of the experiments indicate that the purity of nitride chromium ferroalloys is higher than that of nitride manganese ferroalloys.
