摘  要:通过拉伸、冲击和金相检验等试验方法对热轧态E36钢12 mm中板埋弧焊接头的力学性能与显微组织进行了研究。结果表明:采用H10Mn2焊丝+SJ101烧结焊剂对E36钢中板进行焊接时,接头具有较高的抗拉强度和较好的低温冲击韧性;焊缝组织主要为针状铁素体、先共析铁素体和少量粒状贝氏体;热影响区组织主要为铁素体、珠光体和少量针状铁素体,针状铁素体是接头具有良好力学性能的主要原因。Mechanical properties and microstructures of hot-rolled E36 steel plate welded joints made from submerged-arc welding(SAW) were studied via tensile, impact and metallographic test. The results showed that the joints of E36 steel welded with wire H10Mn2 and sintered flux SJ101 had high tensile strength and toughness at low temperature. Microstructure in the welded seam mainly contains acicular ferrite, pro-eutectoid ferrite and a little granular bainite, The heat-affected zone mainly contains ferrite, pearlite and a little acicular ferrite. Acicular ferrite is the mainly reason that the joints had high mechanical properties.
