摘 要:阿维菌素是阿弗曼菌以淀粉为主要原料生物合成的生物农药,发酵过程中料液的流动性质对阿弗曼菌的生理代谢有很大的影响.笔者研究了阿维菌素发酵过程中不同搅拌器型式对菌体形态、生长代谢、溶氧、糖代谢、阿维菌素合成及搅拌功率消耗的影响.结果表明,阿弗曼菌的生理代谢对因发酵过程中使用不同类型搅拌器而引起的发酵液流动性质和剪切力的差异较为敏感,采用LIGHGTIN A315和CD-6的组合搅拌装置最有利于阿弗曼菌菌体形成致密度合适的菌团,从而影响溶氧和糖代谢,提高阿维菌素发酵产能,同时降低发酵能耗.Avermectin is a new fermentation. The liquid flow type of biological pesticides produced by Streptomyces avermitilis character of fermentation broth influences the metabolism of Streptomyces avermitilis during the process. The effects of different impellers on various factors such as the microbial shape and growth, glucose metabolism, dissolved oxygen, power consumption and Avermectins formation were investigated. It was found that Streptomyces avermitilis was sensitive to the liquid flow character and shear when different kinds of impellers were used. When a combined stirring apparatus consisted of LIGHGTIN A315 and CD-6 was used, it was helpful to form a bacterium ball with suitable density, thereby influenced the dissolved oxygen and glucose metabolism, leading to lower power consumption and increasing fermentation titer of Avermectins.
