摘 要:提出异戊烯戊烷生产过程样品中组分含量的气相色谱法测定方法。研究了其测定条件,并对分离后组分用质谱方法进行了定性。按照确定的色谱条件,各试样中各组分均得到较好分离,分析周期20min,采用归一化法计算各组分的含量,主要组分的相对标准偏差均小于0.3%,回收率在96%以上,能满足工艺对原料、中间控制和产品质量分析的要求。A gas chromatographic method was established for the determinaton of comonents in process samples in isopentene-pentane production. The chromatographic conditions for the determination were investigated. Samples were separated on an HP-1 column (50m×0.20 mm, 0.50μm), and the separated components were identified by mass spectrometry. Under optimal conditions, all components in the samples were well separated. The analysis time was 20min. The content of each component was calculated by normalization method. The RSDs of main components were less than 0.3%, and the recoveries were 96%-99%. The method can be used for analysis of the quality of feed, intermediate, and products in isopentene-pentane production process.
