摘 要:根据在稀硫酸溶液中,萘酚能催化溴酸钾氧化茜素红褪色的反应,且萘酚浓度与ΔA呈线性关系,建立了催化褪色光度法测定萘酚的新方法。考察了体系ΔA的影响因素,优化了反应条件。最大吸收峰位于422.0nm波长处,α-萘酚的浓度在2.93~23.0μg.L-1范围内与ΔA呈良好的线性关系,方法检出限为0.88μg.L-1。已用于人尿样品中测定,测定结果令人满意。In dilute sulphuric acid medium, trace naphthol can catalyze potassium bromate to oxidize alizarin red, resulting in the decreas of absorbance, and the concentration of naphthol is proportional to the absorbance (△4). Based on this principle, a spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of trace naphthol in human urine. The factors affecting absorbance were investigated, and the reaction conditions were optimized. The maximum absorption peak was at 422.0 nm. The △A exhibited good linear relationship with the concentrations of a-naphthol in the range of 2.93-23.0μg/L with the detection limit of 0.88μg/L. The test results were satisfactory.
