摘 要:以Ru-Ir为主要成分的阳极材料具有广泛的应用领域,但在电解水这一领域的应用一直颇受争议,因为Ru8+有剧毒,而以Pt-Ir为主要成分的新型阳极材料则很好地解决了这一问题。钛是一种生物材料,对人体没有任何排斥反应,Ir则具有很好的析氧活性和较低的成本。研究结果表明,在酸性环境下,原生态氢原子具有极强的还原性能,可使阳极中的活性物质还原,从而失去活性;而IrO2的结构更加紧密,微裂纹更加细小,具有很强的抗还原能力,更加适合酸性电解环境。从微观结构看,钛基阳极的Pt-Ir涂层结晶颗粒均匀、细小,涂层表面形貌为龟裂纹状,涂层的裂纹表面可以大大增加涂层的真实表面积,可以提高阳极寿命;从具有Pt-Ir涂层的钛基阳极的制水效果和强化寿命来看,均已达到了镀铂阳极和Ru-Ir阳极的标准,达到了工业化应用的程度。The anode material main consisting of Ru-Ir has a very wide application, but it is controversial in electrolysis water field, because Ru^8+ is highly toxic. Pt-Ir anode can solute about this problem. Titanium is a well-known biological material,it is without any rejection reaction to the human body. And iridium has a very good oxygen evolution activity and lower cost. Research results show that the primary hydrogen atoms have strong reducing property in acid medium, it makes active materials in anode reduced and lose activity. Nevertheless, ItO2 structure is more closely and its micro-cracks are ultrafine. It has strong anti-reduce capability, so it is more suitable for acid electrolytic environment. At microstructure,Pt-Ir coating crystal particles on the surface of titanium anode is uniformity and fine, there are many craquelure on the coating surface. These crackes can significantly increase real surface area of coating, and can improve the anode life. On the basis of electrolyzing water effects and strengthening life, titanium anode of Pt -Ir coating has reached the standards of plating platinum anodes and Ru-Ir anode,it can use in industry.
