摘　　要：介绍了目前广泛应用的TTS技术,利用SmartRead SDK语音朗读开发包和TTS引擎,在VC++集成开发环境下制作了一个示例程序,重点分析了使用SmartRead SDK实现文本朗读功能的方法和步骤。Introduce the popular TTS technology at the present time, then based on the programming environment of Visual C＋＋, utilize SmartRead SDK and TTS Engine to complete a sample program. SmartRead SDK is used to accomplish the text-to-speech function, the technic and steps to realize this function are also introduced in detail.
