关于“三农”问题的“减法”思考

摘　　要：自党的十一届三中全会到十七届三中全会,我国走过了改革发展的三十年。三十年,农村有了巨大变化,但它仍然还很落后,城乡差别在扩大;三十年,农业有了长足发展,但它仍然还很脆弱,产业化程度非常低;三十年,农民有了很大进步,但它仍然还很贫穷,权利得不到充分保障。上述问题如果要达到有效的解决,必须全心全意做好十道减法题。It has been 30 years from the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh NPC to the Third Plenary Session of the Seventeenth NPC when China＇s country has taken place great changes, while the country is still backward and the urban and rural difference is enlarging. Agriculture has achieved great success in the past 30 years, but ifs still fragile with low industrialization; the farmers have made great progress, but they are not rich enough and their rights cafft be wholly protected. To solve the above problems, we should deal with ten subtraction problems.
