摘  要:为提高Zn-Ni蓄电池的电化学性能通过物理混合的方法在锌负极活性物质中掺入Na2HPO4,并以恒电流充放电测试和循环伏安测试对比研究了不同Na2HPO4添加量对Zn-Ni电池充放电特性、内阻、放电容量、循环寿命和循环伏安性能的影响。实验表明:Zn-Ni电池锌负极中添加适量Na2HPO4可明显减少充放电极化和内阻,提高负极活性物质利用率,延长电池循环寿命、有利于锌负极上还原反应的进行。以在锌负极中添加1.0%wt~1.5%wtNa2HPO4的电池的电化学性能最佳。Na2HPO4 was added in Zn anodes of Zn-Ni batteries by physical blending to improve the electrochemical performance of Zn-Ni batteries. And the effects of varying contents of Na2HPO4 addition on the charge/discharge performance, internal resistance, discharge capacity and cycle life of Zn-Ni batteries were studied by constant-current charge/discharge tests and cyclic voltammetric tests. The test results showed that, a prorper content of Na2HPO4 adding might reduce the charge/discharge polarization and internal resistance, raise the efficiency of active material of anodes utilization and cycle life. It might be benifit to reduction reaction of zinc anodes. And the performance of Zn-Ni secondary batteries with 1.0%wt-1.5%wt Na2HPO4 added in Zn anodes should be the best.
