摘 要:目的观察心复康口服液对心梗后心衰大鼠梗塞周围心肌中三磷酸腺苷(ATP)含量的影响。方法采用结扎SD大鼠左冠状动脉前降支致心梗后心衰大鼠模型,用心复康口服液于术后24 h灌胃给药,以卡托普利作为阳性对照药。给药2,4,6,8周,观察大鼠梗死周围心肌ATP含量。结果与模型组比较,心复康口服液和卡托普利组皆明显增加梗死周围心肌中ATP含量(P<0.01)。结论心复康口服液可升高梗死周围心肌组织中ATP含量从而改善心梗后心衰大鼠心肌能量代谢。Objeetive To observe the effect of Xinfukang(XFK) Oral Liquid on the content of ATP in cardiac tissue of heart failure myocardial infarction. Methods The AMI model was established by ligating left anterial descending eoronary artery . 24 h later, the rats were fed XFK Oral Liquid by oral garage. Captopril served as control. After 2,4,6,8 weeks treatment, the content of ATP was determined. Results Compared with model group, the content of ATP was obviously increased in XFK Oral Liquid group and captopril group(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion XFK Oral Liquid can inhibit the obstacle of energy metabolism by increasing the content of ATP.
