摘 要:目的探讨金橘黄酮的抗氧化效果。方法以小鼠为实验对象,研究不同产地与不同剂量金橘黄酮对小鼠血清SOD、GSH-Px活性、MDA含量和小鼠平均寿命的影响。结果与对照组相比,金橘黄酮80 mg/kg.bw剂量时,两地产的金橘黄酮对小鼠血清SOD活性、MDA含量和小鼠平均寿命的影响具有显著性(P<0.05),浏阳组可显著提高小鼠血清GSH-Px活性(P<0.05),遂川组可极显著提高小鼠血清GSH-Px活性(P<0.01);金橘黄酮160 mg/kg.bw剂量对全部试验参数的影响具有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论金橘黄酮有明显抗氧化作用。Objective To study the antioxidant effect of kumquat flavonoids. Methods Using mouse as the experimental object, we studied the effect of kumquat flavonoids from different producing area on SOD, GSH - Px activities and MDA content in mouse serum with different doses, and also the effect on the average life - span of mice was studied. Results Compared with the control group, both of Hunan Liuyang kumquat flavonoid and Jiangxi Suichuan kumquat flavonoid could obviously improve SOD activity and MDA content in mouse serum ( P 〈 0.05 ) , prolong the life - span of mice obviously (P 〈 0.05 ) at dose of 80 mg/kg · bw, Hunan Liuyang kumquat flavonoid had significant effect ( P 〈 0.05 ) on improving the GSH - Px activity in mouse serum while Jiangxi Suichuan kumquat flavonoid had very significant effect (P 〈0.01 ). At dose of 160 mg/kgobw, both of the two kumquat flavonoids had anti -oxidative extremely significant effect (P 〈 0.01 ) on all experimental parameters. Conclusion Kumquat flavonoids has obvious anti- oxidative effect.
