肾气丸“阴中求阳”配伍对方中乌头碱和次乌头碱含量的影响

摘　　要：目的测定肾气丸各拆方组水煎液中乌头碱、次乌头碱的含量,分析肾气丸"阴中求阳"配伍对方中乌头碱、次乌头碱含量的影响。方法将肾气丸组方药物拆方分为补阳组-1、补阳组-2、补阴组-1、补阴组-2、阴阳双补组-1和阴阳双补组-2(即肾气丸全方),采用高效液相色谱法测定肾气丸各拆方组水煎液中乌头碱、次乌头碱的含量。结果各组水煎液中均未检测出乌头碱含量,阴阳双补组-2、阴阳双补组-1中次乌头碱含量均低于补阳组-1、补阳组-2,阴阳双补组-2中次乌头碱含量低于阴阳双补组-1,且都具有统计学意义。结论肾气丸"阴中求阳"配伍能减小水煎液中次乌头碱的含量从而有降低毒性的作用。Objective To detect the content of aconitine and hypaconitine in decoction of each dismantled Shenqi - Pill drug group, and analyze the influence of compatibility of Shenqi - Pill ＂ reinforcing Yang fi＇om Yin＂ on the content of aconitine and hypaconitine in each decoction. Methods Divided the drugs of Shenqi - Pill into Invigorating Yang Group Ⅰ , Invigorating Yang Group Ⅱ , Invigorating Yin Group Ⅰ , Invigorating Yin Group Ⅱ , Invigorating Yin - Yang Group Ⅰ , Invigorating Yin - Yang Group Ⅱ （ the whole Shenqi - Pill）. And to measure the content of aconitine and hypaeonitine in each dismantled Shenqi - Pill drug decoction by using the method of high performance liquid chromatogram. Results The content of aconitine can not be detected in each group. The contents of hypaconitine in Invigorating Yin - Yang Group Ⅱ and Invigorating Yin - Yang Group Ⅰ are both lower than those in Invigorating Yang Group Ⅰ and Invigorating Yang Group Ⅱ. Meanwhile, the content of hypaeonitine in Invigorating Yin - Yang Group Ⅱ is also lower than that in Invigorating Yin - Yang Group Ⅰ. All of these possess statistical significance. Conclusion The content of hypaconitine in the decoction can be lowered through compatibility of Shen - qi Pill ＂reinforcing Yang from Yin＂ and the toxicity is minished.
