摘　　要：目的观察白花前胡丙素和紫花前胡苷对小鼠的祛痰作用。方法利用酚红作为祛痰效果指示剂,观察白花前胡丙素和紫花前胡苷的祛痰作用。结果白花前胡丙素和紫花前胡苷能增强小鼠气管排泌酚红的作用。结论白花前胡丙素和紫花前胡苷具有祛痰作用。Objective To observe the expectorant role of praeruptofin C and nodakenin in mice with phenolsulfonphthalein as an expectorant indicator, to observe the expectorant role of praeruptofin C and nodakenin. Methods Praeruptofin C and nodakenin were able to increase the phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity of trachea in mice. Results Praeruptofin C and nodakenin were able to increase the phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity of trachea in ,nice. Conclusion Praeruptofin C and nodakenin have the effects of expectorant.
