摘 要:目的观察丹参提取物(SM)对高脂地鼠血脂和血糖代谢的影响并初步探讨其机制。方法高脂饲料诱导高脂金黄地鼠模型,设正常组,模型组,辛伐他汀组(1 mg.kg-1),SM给药组(4.5,9.0 g.kg-1)。每两周检测一次血清TC,TG,HDL-C和LDL-C水平。49 d后剖杀地鼠,检测血脂4项指标、血糖、ApoA1/B,MDA与FFA水平以及SOD活力。HE染色观察地鼠肝脏病变。结果SM明显降低高脂地鼠血清的TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,MDA与FFA水平,轻微升高血糖浓度,明显升高SOD活性,而对HDL-C与ApoA1水平无明显作用。HE染色表明丹参可明显改善高脂地鼠的肝细胞脂肪变性。结论SM能有效调节高脂地鼠的糖脂代谢,其调脂机制可能与其降低ApoB与FFA水平以及抗氧化功能有关。Objective To investigate the effects of the extraets of Salvia miltiorrhiza(SM) on metabolism of plasma lipid and glucose in the hyperlipidemic hamsters and the related meehanism. Methods Hyperlipidemic model was induced by high fat diet (HFD) in hamsters, and five groups were designed: normal control ( NC), model control ( MC), Simvastatin group ( 1.0 mg·kg^-1 ) , and SM groups (4.5,9.0 g ·kg^-1 ). The levels of TC, TG, HDL - C, and LDL - C were determined every two weeks. After medieation for 49 days, all hamsters were killed, and the levels of plasma TC, TG, HDL - C, LDL - C, glucose, ApoA1/ B, MDA, FFA and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were determined. The pathological changes of the hepatic tissues were observed by HE staining. Results Compared with MC, SM reduced the levels of plasma TC, TG, LDL - C, MDA, ApoB and FFA signifieantly, enhanced the aetivity of SOD obviously, and decreased blood glucose level slightly, but had no apparent effect on HDL - C or ApoA1 level in hamsters. HE staining observation showed that SM could improve the fatty denaturalization of hepatic eells in hyperlipidemic hamsters. Conclusion SM. eould regulate the abnormal metabolism of plasma lipid and glueose in hyperlipidemie hamsters induced by HFD, and the meehanism of regulating lipids may be related to its redueing ApoB and FFA levels and anti- oxidation.
