复黄片止血抗炎消肿抗菌作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的围绕止血、抗炎消肿、抗菌等方面,进行复黄片的主要药效学研究。方法应用小鼠断尾止血和家兔凝血实验,建立大鼠角叉菜胶肛门肿胀和大鼠蛋清足跖肿胀模型,分别观察复黄片止血及抗炎消肿作用;采用试管法和平皿法评价复黄片体外抗菌作用。结果复黄片连续给药7 d,能明显缩短小鼠断尾出血时间、家兔凝血时间和凝血酶原时间,减轻大鼠肛周组织肿胀和足跖肿胀,对多种致病菌尤其是肠道菌具有明显的抑制作用。结论复黄片具有显著的凝血止血、消肿抗炎和抗菌药理作用。Objective To investigate the pharmacological actions of Fuhuang Tablet including hemostasis, anti - inflammation, anti - swelling, and antibaeteria. Methods The hemostatie and thrombotic effects of Fuhuang Tablet were tested by severing tail and test - tube method, respectively; Carrageenan - induced perianal swelling in rats and albumen - indueed hind paw edema in rats were prepared ; the antibacterial activity in vitro was evaluated by tube two - fold dilution and plate method. Results Fuhuang Tablet significantly shortened bleeding time in mice and coagulation time, prothrombin time in rabbits in a dose - dependent manner, obviously eliminated perianal swelling, greatly prevented rat hind paw edema, and effectively inhibited all of the pathogenic bacteria tested （especially intestinal pathogenic bacteria）. Conclusion Fuhuang Tablet showed significantly hemostastie, antibaeterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-swelling effects.
