摘 要:目的考察不同产地独一味药材品质。方法根据2005版《中国药典》,采用分光光度法测定独一味中的总黄酮含量,RP-HPLC法测定黄酮类成分木犀草素的含量。结果测定了西藏江孜等6个不同产地独一味中木犀草素和总黄酮的含量。结论不同产地、同一产地不同部位独一味中木犀草素和总黄酮含量差异很大,其品质差异因素有待进一步考察。Objective To investigate the quality of Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo. Methods According to Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China, ultraviolet -visible spectrophotometry and HPLC were used for the determination of the total flavonoids and luteolin, respectively. Results The contents of the total flavonoids and luteolin were measured in Lamiophlomis rotata ( Benth. ) Kudo from six different areas. Conclusion The contents of the total flavonoids and luteolin are different from different areas, and vary in different parts in the herb, and the influence factors of the quality should be investigated.
