脑卒中患者吞咽障碍康复效果分析

摘　　要：目的：观察对脑卒中吞咽障碍进行吞咽康复的效果。方法：将66例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者随机分为对照组33例、康复组33例。两组均予神经内科常规治疗和护理，康复组在此基础上给予吞咽和进食功能训练。结果：康复组吞咽功能痊愈率显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：吞咽和进食功能训练可明显改善患者吞咽功能，减少并发症。Objective： Stroking patients were tended by swallowing recovered training, to observe the effect of that. Methods： Divide randomly the 66 patients with difficult swallowing into contrastive group and recovered group. Conventional methed were used to cure and tend the two group according neurology therapy. The training of swallowing and taking food ability was used to exercise the recovered group. Results： The cure rate of recovered group was siginificant higher than the contrast of that（ P 〈 0.01 ）.Condusion： The training of swallowing and taking food ability can improve notably the swallowing ability and reduce the complication
